This is very true. The amount of ingredients that went into Pacquiao and what he accomplished I HIGHLY doubt can be replicated. I'm not just talking about growing up piss poor. I'm talking EVERYTHING else. He had the will to win. He LOVED to fight. He had the speed, power, toughness, stamina, chin, desires to challenge himself. How many trilogies did the man have? Some guys only ever get 1 in their career. Pac had like, Marquez x4, Bradley x3, Morales x3. Sure, these all required him to take a loss but these trilogies only add to his amazing career because of how much excitement each represented and the storylines involved that were rooted deep.
Then, who forgot that after Pac starched Morales at 130lbs, people thought he was done and as good as he could ever get. Calling for him to retire while on top, lol. Nobody in their right mind back then would of imagined Pac had a second career at WW. It was not even fathomed. I also think everyone forgets just how damn small Pac was for WW. He literally was going into almost every fight at a size/weight disadvantage but still used his abilities to get by. Namely his speed is what helped him have the most success here because at WW, they could take his punch better.
It's crazy but yeah, I can't imagine another fighter coming along these days with those types of ingredients. It's just too much to ask of from anyone and I don't know how Pac ever stayed as hungry as he had for as long as he did to keep giving great fights.
