I think he was baiting you that time. No serious boxing fan thinks that was anything close to a lucky punch. JMM didn't need to prove anything more after the 4th fight, but Pac would've gotten KTFO'd again if the fought a 5th time. JMM was always tough as nails and just had Pac's timing down. Pac didn't do anything different from their first fight till the last, but JMM got sharper and sharper.

Almost every lost he cries that he got robbed, wouldn't fight Morales and wouldn't give Pac his 5th fight.
I agree that he didn't take his losses well, but what elite fighter does? JMM had legitimate reasons to argue about his losses to Pac. He could've given Pac a 5th fight, but I think he closed out that story as emphatically as you ever need to, so why bother unless the money was life-changing? Also, you have to really pick sides to believe that JMM ever ducked Morales. They both insist the other side didn't want the fight. That's a great fight that never happened, but what did Morales have to scare off JMM, a guy who beat Barrera and fought evenly with Pac over 4 fights?

Never said that he ducked Morales, there was no reason to duck him. He simply said that he would never fight him and Morales was part of Mexico's big three at the weight class which was Marquez, Barrera and Morales. Even though that Morales was out of his prime it was an intriguing match up that people wanted to see. Also those guys fought each other and that included Pac. The only matchup that was not made was Marquez/Morales.

JMM is 3 yrs older than EM, 1.5 yrs older than Barrera and almost 5 years older than Pac.

Marquez wasn't celebrated like the other two, he fought in obscurity for a while until he established himself. The age is inconsequential related to their peek. I see were this is going and we can agree to disagree.

The punch Marquez landed wasn't lucky. The power and force which landed that knocked Pac out was the luck, not the punch. NO I DO NOT BELIEVE THAT IT WAS STEROIDS. To knock a guy who has never been knocked out is lucky. But the punch itself, was not.

I have no idea why so many people wanted a 5th fight. It was never going to top what we saw in the 4th fight and we had a DIFINITIVE finish to the rivalry. Like how many times did these two fighters need to fight?? If Marquez won the 5th fight, would they fight a 6th time since the score would then be 2-2-1?? Like come on people, move the hell on. These two gave us the most memorable rivalry of this era and they should be applauded for that...But we don't need to and never needed to see them fight for a 5th time.

Marquez and Pacquiao were well matched. JMM had the perfect style vs Pac. It was just bad matchmaking to give one of the best counter punchers in the game 4 bites at the apple, but that's Manny, a true warrior and the most exciting fighter of his era.

But jmm will be first to admit he's not in pac s class

As always, despite the 8 losses on his record including debatable wins over Marquez and a loss to Morales, the defense has to be “nobody could hang for 2 or 3 fights”. Amazing
But but but … look what he did to Morales in the rematch or but Floyd refused to rematch him or Marquez was scared of a 5th fight or Manny was green when he got beat of it was a robbery or shoulder or cramps!

And yet you keep harping on how Manny was robbed or it was a shoulder injury or cramps or he was young. You guys are …
