I appreciate greatness. But if Floyd ever lost a fight (which he hasn't), I wouldn't be here making excuses for him a little *****. Floyd and Pac are about the same size yet the expectations for them are different. People expect Floyd to move up and pursue greatness while Pacboys make excuses like how he's too small to fight in the weightclass he's been fighting in for nearly a decade.
Pacquiao fighting at 147 is equal to Spence, Crawford, Ugas at 160

People failed to understand by Pac fighting at 147 he needs to overcome his opponent weight advantage, height and reach beside dealing their arsenals. If Pac stiil want to continue figting then he should consider moving down to 140.Comment

Mayweather and Pacquiao are the same weights on fight night.
There is virtually no difference between them in weight.
When Mayweather was at 147 and Pacquiao at 130, both were coming in at the same weight on fight night. Both were technically welterweights in the ring. When Pac was 145lbs in his 130-135lb fights, so was Floyd. Floyd literally weighed 146lbs on both the official scales and HBO’s unofficial (fight night) scales vs Judah.
The difference with Mayweather was that he was more desperate for big money fights so he went up in weight for bigger fights.
A lot of fans seem to confuse Mayweather’s rise to 147-154 as him being “big”. When in reality he just did it for money. Also, Mayweather does not seem like the type to kill himself for an advantage. So while boxers his size prefer to stick around 130-135lbs for a while, Floyd did not like that. This is why he weighed 146-150lbs on fight night in 147lb fights. Same size as Pacquiao. Height is not size. That’s….height.
Tyson being 5’10”, and Diego Corrales being 5’11”, does not mean Corrales was bigger than Tyson.
Corrales and Jones both being 5’11” doesn’t make them the same size.
Tyson and Wilder are 5’10” and 6’7”. Wilder is bigger right?
Wrong, they are the same size. Both in their prime are 215-230lbs. Tyson, on average, was bigger than Wilder. By like 10lbs.
But the 6’7” vs 5’10” height throws people off and lead them to say Wilder is bigger, just because he is taller.Comment
