Manny Pacquiao gives an update on his health 2 days after Ugas loss. Manny can't open his eyes due to swelling and needs to be hand fed so he can eat his food. Broken hand as well?

Saw an article today with buboy saying that pac should continue his career because he can't end it losing against an unknown fighter because he' s a legend. lmao. see that's how much team pac underestimated ugas and didn't do their homework on him. they probably just checked his record or something and say "okay this guys has 4 losses" wth. Pac was definitely ill advised as no member of his team has actually a a close grasp to reality. Even roach shouldn't be able to say "manny is strong" given his condition anyone is strong punching him.
This man is out of his mind (speaking of his most recent interview) saying that he wants to fight in January or February...man, smh. Nobody's trying to stop him either. Why? Again....because of the money. Smh
They didn't do their due diligence with Ugas (as you mentioned) and it showed. Manny was practically in quicksand all night....partially blocking/eating right hands and jabs. When Ugas turned that straight right hand over into a hook, I knew it was over.
The lunging/flying inside, the phantom flurries and overall fear of Manny's sneaky power wasn't present at all; either that or Ugas didn't care. In the center of the ring, Manny looked lost and wasn't sure-footed at all.Rec28

All 3 of those fights (with proper preparation) would've been great for Manny, since he and his team don't know what a soft touch is at the age of 42.

The sad thing about Manny losing this past Saturday night is the fact that he still has an excuse to continue fighting. When you take a fight on a younger, stronger, talented fighter on 10-day's notice and go the full 12 at the age of 42, there's still room to entertain a return. Even a rematch. Sadly.
Had Manny been stopped this past Saturday, he and his team would've waken up and realized it's not 2009-2012 anymore....this isn't his run anymore. That train stopped after the Floyd fight came and went. The luster pretty much left afterwards.
Manny still thinks he has a chance because the first fight wasn't brutal enough. Unfortunately.dibzvincent143 likes this.

Whose face would you rather have after the fight? Isn't that how Pacquiao fans decide who really won?MeanestNiceGuy likes this.

Ugas had absolutely nothing to lose....it was practically a free play and a bigger payday handed to him due to circumstances. I can't knock it.
We shouldn't be seeing Manny eating porridge with his eyes swollen shut, but Freddie and his team were so arrogant going into this fight and didn't have the proper game plan to prepare. Screw that, look at the size difference in that fight....again....no way a 42 year old Manny should've been fighting that size and style.
Guys of Manny's caliber should be free to decline last-minute replacements. I mean, really....everybody wanted to see the Spence fight, so it wouldn't have been a huge deal to cancel this one. Manny's a fighter and he'll fight to the bloody end, regardless of the opponent. That being said, not all of his fights should be on PPV, namely the Ugas fight.

I'm not saying Ugas isn't, but in the interest of Manny wanting to face "the best" (read: whomever brings the most money and attention) at this age, it should've been against the likes of Crawford or Spence. Hell, throw Tank's name in there as well.
