Damn. Fighting at the top top level at 42 is no small thing, despite of what the armchair keyboard warriors here think.

What have those guys been saying since the loss? I don't get their obsession. I didn't watch the fight but you can't win them all.

Looked more like Manny was just letting Jinkee feed him then him being unable to do so. Don't think his eyes were "swollen shut" but he has some bruising and swelling...its professional fighting - what did you think happened ?

Gotta blame his team. He's an 8-division champion with nothing left to prove...no way the Ugas fight should've happened on a 10-day's notice. Ugas had absolutely nothing to lose....it was practically a free play and a bigger payday handed to him due to circumstances. I can't knock it.

We shouldn't be seeing Manny eating porridge with his eyes swollen shut, but Freddie and his team were so arrogant going into this fight and didn't have the proper game plan to prepare. Screw that, look at the size difference in that fight....again....no way a 42 year old Manny should've been fighting that size and style.

Guys of Manny's caliber should be free to decline last-minute replacements. I mean, really....everybody wanted to see the Spence fight, so it wouldn't have been a huge deal to cancel this one. Manny's a fighter and he'll fight to the bloody end, regardless of the opponent. That being said, not all of his fights should be on PPV, namely the Ugas fight.

That's what happens when you love a fighter more than the sport of boxing .....

Pasawka literally only posts about Manny and Floyd

I think the bigger problem was that long ass layoff.... He took too much time off between fights he not in his 30s.

At that age it was a matter of time before he aged over night and that layoff made it happen quicker. Props to Ugas but Manny couldn't pull the trigger
