Nothing wrong with being confident. We can’t expect Plant to say he totally expects to get his ass whipped. That being said he’s definitely getting his ass whipped. Canelo in 8 rounds or less.

This is also why he appears to be so disliked on this forum, he’s white, he’s American, he’s popular on FOX with white and black American fans, and he’s aligned with Haymon. That’s a bad mix for some of these jokers on here

When I was younger and dumber, I used to dream of these ways with which each fighter would beat Mayweather before each fight. Then he won each time. The same thing I see happening every Canelo fight. Posters are certain that each fighter will beat him and then he spanks them. At some point you quit “betting” on opponents.
The nuances of Canelo’s game right now are fantastic and I imagine it will take someone truly exceptional to stand a chance, let alone beat him.

Plant is just like his boy BJS. Has a lot to say but he’ll get lit up just like little Billy Hoe Saunders.
He’s got nothing Canelo hasn’t seen before.

Jacobs is overrated period and isn’t a combination puncher with that much speed. Saunders was scarred after being countered, you can’t beat the man if you are fearful, respect and fear two different things. Jacobs recently had a gift decision against a club fighter he was supposed to look good against.

Okay, before the Canelo, Saunders you were on here saying that Saunders was going to box Canelo's ears off, now Saunders is scared.... I'm sure if Plant looses you will be on here calling him a bum.

There's nobody in the 160-168 weight range that will beat Canelo atm. Plant and Benavidez probably have the best shot. Even then it'd be a long shot. His technique/skill (whatever you want to call it) is clearly ahead of everyone else's by a country mile. He's gotta move up to 175 to find someone who can give him a run for his money.
