    Full respect to Yordenis Ugas

He removed any doubt as to who the real WBA champion is at 147 lbs.

A lot of us didn't give him much of a chance and picked against him but he proved us all wrong.

He just earned a huge win and a good payday and has a beautiful woman by his side.

Cong**** for being on top of the world, champ.

Lol yup. Beating an inactive 42 year old who was prepping for someone else sure solidifies how good you are. Clown

Yes congratulations to Ugas. He fought a great fight. Executed his game plan to near perfection really.

I was one of the few guys who actually picked him to win. I was surprised how many people were underrating him on here, probably too many people judging him by his 26-4 record. He’s easily a top 4 guy at 147. You could argue he’s #3 as he arguably beat Porter. He’ll give Spence some problems too IMO.

Always thought this was a tough style matchup for Pacquiao, Ugas is long, accurate, fast hands and good defence. Credit to Pac for taking it tbh, he could’ve easily just fought a Khan or Mikey which would have been a bigger fight in all honesty.

Took a fight on 11 days notice and was likely nursing an injury.

Can't take anything away from him. I actually think his style can trouble Spence if they ever meet.

Mate you literally made a thread saying Ugas had no chance.

Classy response for a Pacquiao fan.

I thought he beat Porter too and got jobbed on the cards.

Deffo well done Ugas. I favoured Pac but knew it would be tough. But Ugas fought smart, Pacs legs didn't have the spring they used to have and Ugas took advantage.

Even if he had lost the fight Ugas still winning at life. Beating Pac was a nice cherry on top.
