While I am a huge fan of Manny, and always will be, I am not a fan of the excuses. I'm not a fan of any excuses at all when it comes to boxing. Or sports. Or really anything for that matter. But when you step into the ring, all that excuse stuff needs to go out the window.

Now as far as being dumb or low IQ, we would all sound pretty uneducated too if we were attempting to speak Filipino. The guy is trying to speak an entirely different language. I think in order to get a true grasp or feel about his intelligence level one would have to understand Filipino fluently.
