I like Mayweather, not as much as I like Cotto, but I love seeing Money May fight...I think they'll do it

I think the biggest thing about it will be the outcome of the Clottey v Mosely fight. If Mosely wins...Mayweather v Mosely must happen, if Clottey wins, then Clottey v Cotto rematch must happen, then maybe end of 2010 fight Mayweather vs Cotto fight

Because the lame Mayweather asking 65% of the slice against Pac. Instead fighting Mosley, Clottey, Cotto or even Margacheato he picked the little midget that fell inlove with his piss. Fucking fraud.

There's no doubt that the main issue will be money. Cooler heads have to prevail if they want to make that fight with Pac. Providing Pac beats Cotto.

But a lot of guys are getting ahead of themselves. We'll have to wait and see what happens after Floyd fights Marquez, then we'll know what's on Floyd's agenda. He needs a tune up to shed some ring rust just like any other fighter who takes a long time off from the sport.

I'm a fan of Cotto, and no longer a fan of Mr boat buyer, largely cuz he won't fight Cotto. But I'm bein real. Cotto 4 sho loses the fight, and likely gets KO'd.

No way man. Out of respect for you I didn't post the laughing sign. Who did Mayweather last knock out? Ricky Little Boy Hatton! And it took him 10 rounds and a lot of energy. Cotto is A:a much stronger guy than Hatton and B:a better boxer than Hatton.

I don't think Floyd is scared to fight...but i do think he really, really doesn't want to lose that precious "0". Does anyone think Floyd will stay in the game and fight the top WW's? I think Cotto would outright kick his ass. I was a big time Floyd fan, but was really dissapointed when he retired with his beloved "0", ducking the whole WW division, imo.

i would love for him to prove me wrong.

Cotto has been a victim of prejudice and false labeling for quite some time now. It ain't enough that he beat names like Mosley, Clottey, Judah and Quintana. He just isn't marketable enough. Because he ain't American. Pavlik achieved respect and fame much quicker and easier. And all he beat of serious contenders was one man.

2nd of all judah had to low blow floyd to keep from getting tko'd...cotto had to low blow judah not once but twice to keep from getting tko'd
3rd floyd had a fresh judah,cotto got a judah after a 1 year suspension

All body punchers are subseptable to an occasional low blow. ALL of them. Cotto don't need to cheat.

I see where you comin from homey. 'Likely' is an overstatement. But can Mr boat buyer KO him? Yea. Not by walkin him down, but by accumulatin damage and landin counters. Cotto couldn't outbox Mr boat buyer. He'd have to press him all the way. That said, everything Mr boat buyer lands would be landin on a guy comin in. Cotto has a chance, and I'd luv to see the fight. I'm disgusted lookin at what Mr boat buyer once was as a fighter to what he's become. He don't want it wit Cotto and the fight won't happen. But he'd beat Cotto if it ever does, and to say he fears him is simply wrong.
