Does that mean if he picks regular, which he probably will cuz doubt he can make 130, he won't be ordered to fight super champ (Lopez or Taylor)?

Lopez and Taylor both have fights coming up (separate mandatories at that) and aren't available for the rest of the year. Even at 130, Gutierrez and Colbert have been ordered to fight. No exception being made here... can't order him to fight someone already assigned to another.

Tank’s 130 resume is not great. It’s okay, nothing special.
The rest, 135, 140, there is nothing impressive about it all. It has been below mediocre.

No one has seen Tank in the 135 mix vs the other top guys there. Above 130, Tank’s resume has been piss poor.

He has the right title, the WBA, the garbage title that has the worst reputation of all major titles right now. You have to do a ton shenanigans to take the WBC’s spot as the most controversial sanctioning body in boxing right now. But WBA has done just that. They have been making headline after headline in boxing, mostly negative news.
