Not according to the history books, USADA gave him a the****utic use exemption.

In the history books Floyd beat Pacquiao and it will ever remain so.

Simple question. How many drug tests did Floyd fail?

Pacquiao fans should be mad that Manny suckered them into spending their money, knowing he had a supposed shoulder injury going into the fight with Floyd. Floyd did his job and was going to beat Pac regardless. Also, what point did Floyd have to prove in fighting him in a rematch? He already beat him. That makes no sense. Both had or ARE having great careers, take nothing away from either of one of those guys.

Fortune is talking out of his ass. Floyd's never been ahead of pac? Saying pac has surpassed floyd is suggesting at one point floyd was ahead?

I have a feeling this will devolve to an apples to oranges debate with neither side truly defining what they mean. Are they arguing based on career accomplishments, or who was better head to head.

Come on people Floyd is great and probably the hardest best living guy I have seen in the sport so gone with the bad drug test, etc. This is where I have a problem, Manny is a Super Star and has done it on a greater level only because the early loss and the fact he started at 106 little ass pounds and to go on as long as he has at the heavier weight and be so effective is a testament to the better fighter, not all this he wouldn’t give him a rematch, Floyd was using and failed drug test, Floyd fought MMA guys and exhibitions; shut that **** up that was after kicking so many asses of other great Hall of Fame fighters so they are both a special talent whom we will always talk about when you mention boxing and history. Let that be said

The exemption was to be accepted or declined by NSAC as well. But isn't it funny how Floyd got that exemption AFTER the fight for an abnormally large IV based on an obvious lie when Pacquiao didn't get an exemption for the shot in the shoulder when it was reported BEFORE the fight? Even you can see how that doesn't quite sound right.

And yes, Floyd won, and I agree. But, he beat an injured & badly compromised Manny. If Floyd really thought that he beat Manny at his best, he would have taken the rematch and collected what he calls 'easy money', as he does beating up on zero win Youtubers. He didn't take the rematch and the reason is pretty clear.
