That would be a legitimate reason if it were anybody else. But for Fury, it's not. Not after faking Covid. Not after faking an ankle injury. Not after faking wild boar testicles. Not after going 2 years without fighting, sitting on a belt, holding it hostage.

No more passes for this fraud. Either fight or give up the belt.

The arbitration ruling declared that Fury had to face Wilder by September 15th. The fight is currently reportedly due for October 9th, which already breaches the ruling. What actually happens if Fury, Top Rank try to postpone it further? Would they go back to Arbitration or would it just go straight to Court?
