Should have fought Scott Harrison back at 126 instead

Scott Harrison found his level and imploded before he made it to Barrera, Morales and Marquez. Pacquiao wasn't on Harrison's radar.
Harrison wasn't on those guys level. It was spoken of at the time but in the time he was targeting those 3 who were a level above - he rose, plateaued, burnt out and dropped, while the 3 continued to rise. Remember how Medina's movement and feints turned Harrison's head into a bag of turnips the first time around? The titanic struggle scraping an extremely dubious result against Victor Polo? I'd love to see any version of Manny vs Taylor.
Manny would draw a huge crowd in Scotland, imagine the numbers and response he'd get.
Plus he'd get to fight in the best atmosphere a crowd can bring.

That said I don't feel Manny wants Josh just yet. It's Spence or Crawford he really wants in my opinion. But it's watch this space and it makes for some exciting prospects.
I still think JT should fight Teofimo Lopez @ 140, but Manny would be a HUGE fight for him, and Manny is a better draw then Teofimo and Crawford combined!

They're all great options. I like the Teo fight also, but you can just tell in his interviews that Crawford is his preferred option by miles. Manny is pretty much the only fight out there that would top that for him. But it's also who wants to fight him. And if Crawford ain't keen and he takes something else he may well fight Teo first. But Josh will get the Crawford fight in time as he'll be afforded mandatory status by the WBO.

I would say the only reason he maybe plateaued was because he let his lifestyle get the better of him. If that hadn't happened maybe he could have been a lot more. I'm not saying he would have been elite but I'd have enjoyed finding out. He didn't lose his title in the ring and I guess well never know, which is frustrating. Manny vs Josh would be huge in Scotland. Not sure I see it happening but it's fingers crossed for me.
