If you lose your 0 you should retire? That is a catchy phrase and is also double speak and means nothing. Look at the Fighters who lost but continued fighting. Joe Louis, Lennox Lewis, Muhammad Ali, George Foreman, Sugar Ray Robinson, Sugar Ray Leonard, Roberto Duran and the list goes on.
On a serious note - People have short memories and forget that Fury hit the deck TWICE in the first fight, on another night with a different referee the fight could have been stopped in that last round, most of us have seen fights stopped without one of the boxers even hitting the canvas.
Fury knows he was lucky in the first fight, no questions about the second fight, but Wilder just didn't look right from the first bell.
I'm leaning towards Fury in the third fight, but this time round Wilder has to redeem himself or his career really could be over, so I would not be surprised if he knocks Fury out this time.Comment

Never argue with with boxing genius, of COURSE you should retire after you suffer your first loss. What did the bum fighters you have mentioned do with their careers after tasting defeat for the first time?......

David Hate wants to keep title in England (irregardless whether he cheated or not) this may scare Fury enough to fake depression since he can’t cheat. If he honestly beat Wilder as easy as it seemed in 2nd fight he should do it even easier. Fury wants to try this time to force the fight in England so that he can cheat there. He should be stripped period & an investigation opened.
What a dumb post

His career has been made on it.
An underdog win against Klitschko plus an avoided rematch.
Everything from that point has been about what he would do to fighters if he wasn't injured, depressed, banned, fat, drunk, coked up, contractually bound, infectious, or pandemic-restricted.
He even got himself ranked top 2 without a notable win in his comeback. Boasting clearly works.
His other notable win against the worst reigning heavyweight champion ever has just fed into his myths.
Not saying that he couldn't do the things he says he could have done, but he didn't.Last edited by Toffee; 08-21-2021, 08:06 AM.Comment
