          Teper is so-so, but still a gigantic step up. I never buy the "no one wants to fight him" line. This is professional boxing. Money talks.

            His best wins are Duhaupas and Price, he lost to Helenius, Hammer, Wach. he is Euro level, but a huge step up comparing to the guys Makhmudov fought so far.
