Pacquiao is 42, going on 43 in several months. He is literally way past the average age a boxer becomes shot/way past his best. As an already older fighter, he has not fought in 2 years. So if fans/media blame his loss on his age, it would actually be a common sense observation.

You can not downplay his age because it’s something you even predict can be a factor in his loss. You brought up where he is in his career by saying you think that’s what fans will say if he loses. So even you know that it’s a factor.

Nobody on Earth expects a 42 year old athlete to still be at his best in his sport, unless it’s a very soft sport like Golf or Bowling. Many fans will more than likely be surprised at Pacquiao dominating the fresher, younger Ugas. And probably a ton of fans will not be surprised at Pacquiao losing, due to his age. And just historically speaking, Pacquiao is past that age, way past that age, where legends start getting beat up by dudes they could’ve mopped the floor with at their best.

RJJ was done at 34. Fans claim Chavez Sr was old vs DLH, where he was 34. Joe Louis was undoubtedly a shadow of his former self when he came back from retirement at 35 years old due to financial issues. And so on.

Bernard Hopkins and George Foreman fought and beat elites in their 40s but that is the exception not the rule.
      You missed Archie Moore

You have to be pretty dumb.

You just said Pacquiao won a belt for fighting someone in the ring.

While that was a farce of a fight which I made fun of the WBC, TR, and Pacquiao for…Pacquiao still won that belt by fighting for it. The WBC did not hand over the 154 title to Pacquiao.

It was a trash ass matchup. But Pacquiao said you need to win your belt by fighting. Which he did.

Go ahead and think about that for a few minutes. Do not respond too quickly. It is okay to think before you talk.

Historically ugas level fighters would be favourite against Greats at Pac s stage of career. You should take It's a very seriously because your not supposed to win.

So Joshua needed a replacement fighter. Instead of a scrub, he picked an established fighter who came up short in a championship fight and was training for a bout himself, so was in shape. It was a dangerous decision, one that has not received the respect it deserved.

Now, replace "Joshua" with "Pacquio". Because I do not think this decision is getting the respect it deserves. Ugas is not a scrub.

Hindsight is beautiful, Margarito was suppose to bulldoze Pacquiao. Now he is a "bum" the same Marg that flatlined Martinez that bum. GTFO with the revisionist history .

                    Wow, talk about revisionist history.

Why are you lying about what Margarito was supposed to do? Are you high?

You do realize that those threads are still around right?

Odds makers actually favored Pacquiao by KO/TKO.

Boxing fans did not care about this farce of a fight. Margarito was the clear underdog.

Fillipinos and the last 10 Margarito fans were the one's hyping this fight up.

I am going to chalk this up as you are just being sarcastic.

                      This is not your day.

The average age of a Golf player is 54 years old.

So yeah, of course all of those senior citizens will likely injure themselves by swinging repeatedly.

Old grandads getting injured in a sport does not make that sport dangerous or tough.

                      Stop posting nonsense.
