Rigo took Mayweather´s ( and others´" slick" style ) to a whole new level. Boring. Referees don´t deduct points because they are afraid of being called racists. Rigo should have been disqualified and Mayweather in any other country would have been disqualified in many fights, people around the world want to see action, not hugging, running. Only in the US they wrongly say " the sweet science ", " hit and not get hit ", " be slick " and all that coward narrative. It´s boxing, hit and be a man.

Coming from a sleaze bag scum like Gibbons, you have to take it at face value. Is he proud of his fighter who has no jab, can't cut off the ring and fights like a golden gloves novice? Your fighter is a BUM Sean...

        Ok, thanks.

That seems an unusually large weight gain for a 118lb though.

For those who think that what Rigo did was ok, wow.

JMM fought a lot moving back. He never ran. Ali danced beautifully - floated like a butterfly and stung like a bee. Stop making excuses for a move that goes against the very nature of boxing which is punching. If you run you cannot punch and your opponent cannot punch you. Same with clinching. Only acceptable when trying to survive after getting hurt. Stop blaming the aggressor for being unsuccessful in chasing the runner. There will not have to be any chasing if there was no running.

If you have boxed even a little you would know that running is easier than chasing and clinching easier than getting out of one. Those are cheat moves when done even when you are not hurt.

If you're gonna fight with an amateur style, you should be bound by amateur rules.

I'm tired of these amateurs taking advantage of the pros system and not getting penalized.

The referees in the amateurs deduct points if you don't throw any punches in a certain amount of time.

The pro referees should take note of each fighter's amateur background (if theyre extensive) and deduct points if they don't throw punches within a 10-15 second window.

Also the amateurs have five judges. 4 are human and 1 is a computer.

The pros should divide the judges according to their preference. 2 judges should be those who like aggressiveness and 2 should be those who like defense. Compubox is the deciding factor if the judges score it a draw.

I haven't checked his page in a while, but does he have a win against anyone with a win? lmfao.

I should have turned pro if this guy is getting props for his pro career lmfao

I just don't buy that.

This isnt to write that being a stick and move fighter is wrong; but Rigo wasn't sticking and moving, he was moving and moving, and running away. Its akin to a fighter who turns his back on the opponent and refuses to engage.
You have one fighter coming forward, not throwing many punches and consistently failing to cut off the ring.... Who is then awarded the win. I don't think Casimero can have any complaints.

You haven't watched the olympics? They explained the new system.
