My best bet. Once he returns, and if he can return.. He'll be B rating fighter at best. Maybe he can beat B, C plus to D types of fighters. He will never be the same.. Sorry to burst your bubble.. The guy is fragile now.

Perhaps, but let's leave it in the hands of the specialists is all I'm saying and we can wish the guy a speedy recovery. Too many people's quick to put a guy down. I'm not even a die-hard Spence fan, the guy just needs cut some slack. I'm sure he's pissed off also .

I'm an ESJ fan but a boxing fan foremost, but according to some reports, the eye issue was caught by a private doctor that ESJ personally sought out. Interesting that on the PBC Fight Camp there was nothing mentioned about ESJ having an eye issue. The diagnoses didn't come from Nevada's Commission but from ESJ's team. I believe I smell something and it appears to be p*s*y.

Someone like you said the same thing about Sugar Ray Leonard after he had the same kind of surgery. And just like you, once Spence makes a full recovery and beats up the top guys, we’ll never hear from you again.

surprised that such an injury could be asymptomatic and could've only been detected by a routine test. But it seems legit now and hopefully Spence could recover soon and be back to fighting without being in danger of losing sight.

Meanwhile let's hope Pacquiao manages to get past Ugas, which is an extremely dangerous fight for him, so that we can see him fight Spence or Crawford sometime next year before he retires.

Labels aside, Hopkins should have been the last one to talk after the **** he pulled in the first Dawson fight.

PBC are shameless crooked they just ruined the Castano undisputed win a few weeks ago. Spence has been ducking Crawford and Thurman for years but he would not duck Pac? Everything about the situation says DUCK: Spence training like a girl weeks out from the fight, Ugas opponent injures himself at perfect time, not enough money to go around to pay Pac and Spence and make a profit.

If his eye needed emergency surgery then it’s crazy to think what would have happened if that fight had gone on if they didn’t catch it. Manny certainly would have landed & probably would have stopped him & ended his career, & Spence would have been permanently blind in his eye.

that shhht is scary. This sport is scary. Exactly why I’ll never disrespect any fighter the way some of your are so comfortable doing. These guys put everything on the line, of course they get paid but you gotta wonder if it’s worth it when things like this happen
