Your splitting preference hairs lol, Ugas has 4 losses and was outboxed by a slugger, other than Porter his resume is ordinary, he was wobbled numerous times with a B grade guy in his last fight, this is really not much different than Horn level, he don't have power, he don't move his head, and he has been shook by not that much, he is perfect to showcase Manny, its that kind of fight.
