It is terrible. Rigondeaux really takes hit without getting hit to the heart.

It is not even bias against him by judges. DLH of all people, the Golden Boy, was also not given favorable scores vs Trinidad because he ran for like the last 3-4 rounds. That is De La Hoya we are talking about, a cash cow of the time. He was robbed for running 3-4 rounds.

Rigondeaux fought the whole fight like DLH did in his 3-4 rounds vs Trinidad. How are you going to get judges to score a round for you like that?

I think the fight would have been as equally entertaining if it was only Rigondeaux in the ring shadowboxing. And yeah, the Mayweather comparisons are ridiculous. Mayweather throws about 400-500 punches and lands about 200-250 per fight. No where near what Rigo does. But these sort of comments are made by fans who are biased against that kind of style of boxing and that group of boxers who use that style. So i’m not too worried about that, that’s on them. That’s an internal issue they have with themself as a person. Mayweather and Rigondeaux’s fight clearly are different to anyone with at least half a brain cell.

But these guys just lay an egg when all eyes are on them. I thought Lara would beat Canelo. He went in there to run around and throw 5 jabs per round. Pathetic display. You get a chance at big time, top names in your weight class, and you go in there acting scared to death about being touched while not putting together any sort of good combinations to impress fans and judges.

Master classes are dominant wins. Not literally running, literally sprinting backwards to avoid your opponent and land 1 jab or 1 left hand occasionally. Please, let’s move away from that. There are such fighters who show both great defense and great offense. Nothing attractive as a fan, of a fighter with great defense and awful/subpar offense.

Rigondeaux controlled the pace for most part and dictated everything. He might not have got the nod but he sure did what he set out to do.

Plodding forward in straight lines all night, biting on every faint, visibly being frustrated and throwing wildly sending yourself flying into the ropes a dozen or more times isn't my idea of ring generalship, quite the opposite.
Please refund my $1K. I supported the Rigolution. If you believe truly in your heart Rigo won, the only right thing to do is refund my lost bet on Rigo. If you refund me, I could help appeal the decision to DQ win in favor of Rigo.

I love the rigolution but I cant stay if I cant get the money back. Please help. The Cubans and the boxing purists who believe Rigo won, should at least refund me because Rigo won.

I am a big Rigondeaux fan, but I was pretty embarrassed by the performance also. I want to blame his age, but this wasn't the first dull fight he's had.

Casimero did a pathetic job at cutting the ring off and implementing his own office also. He did well the first round, but as soon as he felt a Rigo counter left, he slowed down.
