You clearly didn't look into sporting success from the UK. If you did, you'd realise how wrong you are. If i were to tell you the Netherlands is also one of the biggest sporting powerhouses in the world, you wouldn't have any idea why. It's because you're completely ignorant.
Who is talking about sports evolving and what not? What are you going on about? Trying to make excuses after making a complete fool of yourself?
Armstrong would be a victim by KO in 1 round if he were around today? Hahahaha. Care to give me the exact names of who would inflict this amazing feat?
I'm talking about the great Benny Leonard, not Ray Leonard. But love how you tried to play him down due to an early fight with **** Eklund, half brother of Mickey Ward and the focus of the movie "The fighter". Great one. It's not like he beat Hearns, Duran, Hagler or Benitez or anything. No. Haha. Leonard is greater than any Mexican fighter in history. The only one who would have a good argument is Barrera. No one else.
Being Scottish is to also be British. I'm English and British. It isn't one or the other. It's both.
Many people actually agree Moloney was robbed. I had it clear to him as well.
Galahad was mandatory. He wasn't going to give up his ranking because the title was vacant. He just wants his shot.
The WBO ordered the fight between Okolie and Glowaki. Breidas was stripped due to refusing to give Glowaki a rematch. Okolie was the next in line after Glowaki. That's why the fight was ordered by them. It had nothing to do with cherry picking.
Haskins was mandatory for the IBF title, but champion Caballero was injured, so Haskins and Awasa fought for the interim title until Caballero was healed up. But when they made the fight at a later date, Caballero came in overweight, so Haskins was made the full champion. It wasn't vacant you idiot. But that was 6 years ago. You're bringing up something from 6 years ago? I could give you about 20 from the US and Mexico in the last 3 years. But you're talking about 6 years ago? At least our guys were the mandatory for their fights. Unlike the joke fights you lot have over there.
You're talking about Kevin Mitchell now? That's even further back. And he challenged champions in Ricky burns and Jorge Linares. Those titles weren't even vacant. Do you want me to give you vacant title fights from the US and Mexico over the last 10 years and embarrass you some more after you've made a complete idiot of yourself?
Those opponents were so embarrassing no other promoter would even touch them? We fight vastly superior fighters than you lot over there in North America. Have you seen how atrocious their resumes are over your way? Which fighters in the US and Mexico have quality resumes? They f3cking stink. They're trash. Why else do you think our fighters have much better resumes on average then those over there? And do so with less than half the fights.
Crolla fought WBA champ Perez. A fighter who would later go on and dominate an undefeated Hooker only to be ripped off with a draw on the undercard of Kovalev/Ward. You know, the best and only win of merit for Ramirez?
Selby fought IBF champion Gradovic.
Yafai fought WBA champion Luis Concepcion.
Burns fought WBO champion Roman Martinez.
Edwards fought WBC champion Cristofer Rosales and IBF champion John Riel Casimero.
Warrington fought IBF champion Lee Selby.
Khan fought WBA champion Andriy Kotelnik.
I suggest you look up who fought these guys on Boxrec, and who they beat. You know, just to know why i'm laughing as much as i am doing.
You want more recent wins after i gave you wins you thought we didn't have due to sever ignorance on boxing history? Sure. But they're actual wins. Not ones where they aren't like Castillo over Floyd, or Salido over a Lomachenko in only his second pro fight where He came in over weight and cheated him on the scales to make sure he was the stronger fighter (Something Mexicans do an awful lot of to cheat their opponent) and then hit him below the belt all night without so much as a point deduction. Had the rules been applied by the ref, Salido would have had points taken and lost the fight. Neither of these are wins.
Bernard Hopkins, Wladimir Klitschko, Vitali Klitschko, Kostya Tszyu, Roy Jones, Mike Tyson, Evander Holyfield, Jermain Taylor, Lucian Bute, Mikkell Kessler, Jean Pascal, Regis Prograis, Jose Luis Castillo, Jose Ramirez, Jean Marc Mormeck, Alexander Povetkin, Leo Santa Cruz, Jeff Lacy, Gerald McClellan, Iran Barkley etc etc...
Happy?
Now give me wins for Mexicans over the recent years?
