i wouldn't have a problem with the fight being a ruled a Draw but wide scorecards of 9 to 3 and 8 to 4 in favor Casimero; What in the Hell fight were the judges even watching? He didn't do shit. He never hurt, dropped or knocked Rigo down.

The man hardly landed any punches at all. If anyone landed the cleaner punches it was Guillermo not John Casimero.
This sums it up for me. And it solidified my opinion of Casimero. The trash talk is entertaining but his ring IQ is suited only against fighters that stay in the pocket. He's lucky it wasn't Donaire countering him last night.

¿Fustrating fight? last night I saw one of the worst world title fights in boxing history.
I thought that John Ruiz and Fres Oquendo's was boring, but this one was probably worse. It seems that Rigondeaux forgot the concept of boxing and thinks that the one who most who moves the most wins and doesn't remember that is about the one who throws and lands the most punches. This seemed like another version of the second half of Rigondeaux against "El Maestrito" Cordoba titke fight where in the first 6 they threw both threw decent amount of blows, but from the 7th onwards it was necessary to check the vital signs of both to see if they were alive.
& It wasn't like Casimero did much either.
It was better a draw since neither of the 2 deserved to win.

Yeah. No one with a half brain would have the audacity to call this a robbery. The most you could ask for was a draw.

As I said: Judges ALWAYS give the champion the benefit of the doubt over the challenger. Hence, it's the burden of the challenger to bring the fight to the champion to show that he actually wants to win the belt on the line.

The right man won. But I'm bankrupt because Rigo lost.

Nope, he landed more than Rigo. Also landed more power shots.

Rigo landed the fewest ever shots over a 12 round title fight, and dudes are actually crying about him being robbed. Hilarious!

I dont want to change the rules in any sport really, but more fighters making a mockery of it like this and the sweet science is also dead. If Casimero didnt chase him like a drunk chasing a greased pig, and just stood there, nobody would have thrown any punches at all. Sweet science would die due to no fans and nobody watching. In this case, Rigo will never be on TV ever again so the mockery probably took care of itself. ,

(It reminded me of the 3 stooges when Curly ran around the ring yelling woohoowoohoowoohoo. But at least Curly started throwing punches whenever Larry played pop goes the weasel.)

Someone else suggested a 10 second rule where you gotta throw a punch, I'd make it a 25 second rule but yeah for real they outta.

His next step is to break his own record for fewest punches landed over 12 rounds

Everyone knows how Rigo fights. He was like this when he was younger.

Casimero couldnt cut the ring effectively even against an old Rigo.

hmmm so from what I can read or see most think it was a lack luster performance? I'll check out the highlights but I doubt it will be any different, it appears Rigondeauxs stock took a loss for a change..

Ya they were both unimpressive. Rigo especially with his record breaking low punch connect number! Has to be the most hilarious robbery cry babying I've seen.

Dude could literally do nothing but drop his trunks and take a dump in the middle of the ring, and half of ya'll would be calling it masterful boxing and claiming that he got robbed.
