Those might be a harsh choice of words. Exactly as if you are Cotto himself.

Do you box? Did you even see the fight? I didn't think so, so shut the **** up with that bull****!

He took a knee to clear his head and assess the situation, and it was a good move. Warriors heart, pleaze, hes got a warriors heart for showing the stones he showed by slugging it out with Cotto early on.

You see Anarok, believe it or not, he came to win, not to put himself in a situation to lose. If he stayed on his feet he probably would have been clobbered some more, so he took a knee, not knowing that the ****ing hometown dip**** ref would call the fight.

First you say that **** with Max Shcmelling and then you rip on Corley after he fought his guts out.

Are you even a boxing fan? I don't see how you can be, what with all the nonsense and bull**** you say like this.
      Ya, you the man!!
Anorak, **** off, ur starting to get on everyones ****in nerves, please Rick Reeno stop this guy, these are the kind of guys that make boxing look bad. Boxing is a tough sport and just steppin in the ring is tough enough, and ur callin corley a *****. I would love to see u in there.

If you never boxed as a pro then u dont got the right to say anything!

We don't need those kind of fighters. I'm all for clever boxing, but if you're a warrior show a warrior's heart.
eeeeeh, that depends on how you view it, more as a fight or more as a sport. I agree that the most noble thing to do would be to stay up, like in the olden days. Still, if a guy thinks he's in trouble, and as an experienced boxer, feels that taking a knee will allow him to regain his equilibrium and thus give him a chance at winning the fight with the remaining time, then who knows......

I think its a shame that the ref stopped the fight. There was no 3 knock down rule, and the ref did not even give corley a count. But whats worse about it all, is that some people will think the only reason the fight was stopped was because the fight was in puerto rico and that the ref was biased. I guess a win is a win, but this one is slightly tainted.

How about YOU **** off? Cretin.

You don't have a right to an opinion on boxing unless you've stepped in the ring? What a moronic statement. So unless I could KO Tyson I can't comment on any of his fights.

Did I even call Corley a *****? No. Learn to read and comprehend posts before you talk smack. In fact - don't bother to reply to my threads. I want feedback from someone with half a brain between their ears who can actually thread two sentences together. You don't qualify I'm afraid.

I'm getting on "everyone's" nerves? What, smack-talking prick kids like Silver Fox and Wariass Spirit? Like I care what they think.

Anorak, in the short time I've been here I've come to realise your'e raison d'etre, you ask questions or make comments to stimulate discussion. That's a good thing, because if people like you didn't start these threads then they would all revolve around "isn't ****** great" etc. A lot of your topics or statements are initially contentious, and that's what spikes peoples interests to read them. Unfortunately in boxing, as in all other areas of interest, you will come across evangelicals and those without the maturity to read a post, measure it's meaning and respond appropriately. I'm flamimg no one here, and if Anorak's such a pariah then ignore him and he will go away, reacting with flaming only fans the fire.

              Keep it up dude.

Cheers Lol, you know me well already.

Yeah, I like to inspire a bit of debate, even a bit of heat, if it's for a good cause. But some people can't even send a single post unless it's "**** **** **** **** ****". As for Warrior Spirit - I've had him on ignore for three weeks now, so why does he still bother?

                Warrior Spirit - "*** you yo yu suk *** **** ***"

                Silver Fox - "Well said"

                  hmm...

                  are you kidding me...?

cotto hurts corley and knocks him down...corleys trying to look like a bad ass but obviously he's hurt because he gets up at the last second...

he gets up because he doesn't wanna be counted out, but then takes a knee a few seconds later WITHOUT BEING HIT?

i understand taking a knee to get outta trouble and what not...but what trouble? HE WASNT HIT AS HE SAID! what he WAS trying to do was cheat and get up from his previous asswhooping at the last second, then go down again to take another count...the ref isnt ******...

obviously he was still hurt from the previous knockdown, you guys just got ****** in by what the HBO crew was saying...corley should know better then to take a knee without being hit, ESPECIALLY after just rising from a previous knockdown a few seconds ago.

dont cheat, you're still hurt, just stay down and take the knockout loss.
