Mike Costello and Andy Lee is an excellent commentary team. No bullsh** just calling the action.

Really good to have Andy Lee's commentary, particularly for a southpaw matchup when he can highlight the specific movements and micro-strategies

8-0 McKinson, but he switched to orthodox briefly and got lit up lol

Costello being a BBC commentator up to now feels like he hasn't had to make instrumental use of his commentary to hard-sell his channel's product, which can get so annoying in British commentary.

McKinson has to be in there with much, much, much much better competition next time out. Sweet Jesus...

The problem with watching someone like McKinson is that he isn’t going to stop these guys and if he’s clearly the superior boxer, the fight is just going to be a shutout on points and you know the result from round one, so you’re not missing anything if you don’t watch it.

it’s not that he’s a boring fighter, it’s just the result and direction of fights like this is pretty much a certainty from round 1.
