Farooq has a good boxing brain but I get the feeling he lacks the power to keep guys off at the higher levels.

I do think he beats McGregor in a rematch though.

Don't think it's coincidence, but don't think it's NEXT either. Think it could be down the line. Rumours of a Kiko/Zelfa rematch coming. As I was saying earlier, if they can get Zelfa/Cordina as an IBF eliminator, I think they'll do it, but considering the IBF has a tourney going on right now, I imagine that eliminator wouldn't be ordered until next year

UD for Farooq. As I said, I really hope McGregor doesn't duck the rematch with Farooq, that would be a GREAT fight and amazing night for Scotland. If he vacates that British title instead, I think a Farooq/Paul Butler fight would be fun. Also wonder if Kal Yafai is gonna get involved in this division

Hearn hasn’t done a great job with those fighters who turned over from Rio. Maybe none of them are world beaters but still, all their careers seemed to stall for long periods of time. Apart from Okolie and even then they basically bought a belt in a fight from a washed up fighter.

Apart from that, The biggest fight any of them have had just be Josh Kelly when he got battered for the Euro title. The rest are just treading water, fighting for interim belts against nobodies mostly.

I guess Fowler v Smith is ok, but even then Eddie is probably just cashing them both out.
