PBC Headed to Paramount + App

Guess FOX won’t be renewing their PBC deal w/t Al. Don’t really blame them, haven’t seen quality matches on regular FOX in a while mostly prospects and one sided matchups.

I’m sure they’ll land somewhere noteworthy, like Pluto tv, or PBS

Don’t want to see FOX leave boxing, would prefer to see Golden Boy get those weekend dates for their fighters. I’m sure both Vergil Ortiz & Ryan Garcia would draw good numbers on regular FOX. Anytime, a platform or network levee boxing is not good for the sport.

Won't happen they already have an app that shows boxing in showtime. If fox does bail on pbc al will negotiate to replace those fox dates with cbs dates.

Yeah, it's for the greater good that boxing stays on network. The writing has been on the wall regarding the FOX and PBC split.

My gut feeling is that Golden Boy stays with DAZN or possibly goes Triller but a partnership with FOX and FS1 would great. I don't want to see them go to Triller.

I'm hoping PBC stays on network TV (CBS) and also Showtime.

One far-fetched hypothetical, what if PBC joined Matchroom with DAZN? If they increased their boxing content by double, I'd be willing to pay twice as much.

If I were Al, I'd figure out how to get HBO back in the mix somehow. Hasn't been the same since they quit like Duran.

Thats like telling your friend who just got dumped all he needs to do is start ****ing this other much hotter girl who happens to be a lesbian. HBO is almost completely out of sports. Pretty sure all they do now is some documentaries and Hard Knocks.

Paramount is the same Spike that got tired of airing Lara vs Jan Zaveck-type fights.

Perhaps you can be the Al Lederman of the broadcast.

Might be time to change your sig image too. Unless we want to swap Ugas head in and place Spence's in the corner where TC is.
