Fighters train to be confident in their own set of skills, even the club fighters after a good training camp will have the confidence that they can beat a top professional fighter.

If you fought before or been around fighters you would already know this. A fighter gets excited at the thought of being in a tough fight and responds by training harder, which is most likely the cause of his injury. Spence know for doing hard sparring.

I recalled reading that floyd was going to be giving spence advice.

wonder if this has anything to do with it.

floyd might have suggested that spence wasn't going to beat a 100% manny, since floyd had 1st hand of experience of getting outboxed and out-landed by one armed manny.

floyd was probably also not impressed with spence not paying for his own personal ped testing service which would enable him to freely use PEDS (and be granted a retroactive TUE just in case the ped use turned out to be too obvious).

The guy he was interviewing laughed

Then said no it was TWO

Pac dropped 2 different guys that day in sparring

I saw in one of the training clips that Ivan Redkach is one of his sparring mates. Ivan is defninitely one of those guys who got dropped. He might have been put to stretcher at some point lmao
