Ugas has a style that can be difficult for Pac. Ugas also has the size, reach, youth and skills to do well. This is an interesting match.

According to Manny’s blind fans, his prime changes based on his wins.
He was in his prime when he fought at 126 then he wasn’t when he got to 130 because Morales beat him.
When he moved up to weaken guys at catchweights he was back in his prime. After he got KO’d by Marquez, he was immediately not in his prime so they can justify his opponents.
He beats Thurman to become the oldest WW champ in history, and he ascends to legendary status and can beat any of the WW including Floyd of course.
So, perhaps you can tell us when his prime was?
Prime or not, Manny shouldn’t have shared the rings with guys like Rios, Broner, Mathysse, Mosley etc especially when they were coming off losses.

You guys are always trying to throw a blanket over everything when nothing is the same there is always unique circumstances for any situation.
Floyd fans go out of their way to make out that ain't a very, very good win and great performance.
Cott o makes hard work of clotte y and Pac makes it look easy. What does that tell you about pac?Last edited by hugh grant; 08-14-2021, 06:58 AM.

GrandPac is not supposed to train today but he did... He clearly is worried...
I can see the fear in GrandPac's face in the virtual presscon as he rarely smiles... While Ugas seems confident...

Thats a terrible example to use but I’ll address it. Most people believe PAC was robbed against Bradley. I may not be a big fan of Manny but even I know he was robbed.
Two, Marquez and PAC had a rivalry going back almost 10 years at the time and all their fights were too close to call. So nobody thought it to be a cherry pick for Manny.
The key word here is cherry pick. Bradley was a bonafide walking punching bag. Not a single person thought he had a shot at beating Manny. To make matters worse, he had just lost to Alvarado. Manny being the great Manny could have taken on Alvarado or someone else.
Manny fans like to brag about how he likes to take on huge challenges and in that context, fighting Broner who was coming off two losses and a draw was far from being a challenge. There were better legacy building fight that Manny could have taken on.
Same is the case with Mosle who had lost to Floyd and had a draw with Moraa.
But, please answer this question in all honesty - what would your reaction have been if it was Floyd that had fought Rios or Broner or Mathysse or Vargas or Mosley right after Manny had wasted the ring with him? Would you have said those were great legacy defining fights for Floyd? This is a simple question so try not to meander into other semantics.
