If Pacquiao loses to Ugas, or for some other reason the Pacquiao fight isn't there, I think it's likely that Spence will come back at 154.

There is still enough time for Erroll Spence, Jr to fight again before the year is out. It won't be against Pac. A torn retina only takes approximately two weeks to heal. So his eye should be just fine and he would be able to resume his boxing career. My one only concern is that he he takes a tuneup fight or two before his next big mega fight.
