Is Spence getting the Thurman treatment?

When Thurman was injured, everybody wanted a piece of him including Spence. They called Thurman a duck for refusing to fight when he was obviously injured.

What does Spence do now? Will the WBC and IBF force him to relinquish? Just like Thurman? Or will he get stripped?

Spence’s injury is “legit”. All of Thurman’s “injuries” were just that. With air quotations.

Legit? Nobody seen the papers. Nobody seen these "doctors".

Do you think this is another one of those PBC tactics?

I think people are quick to rush to judgement and also demand all the evidence and data immediately. It's a product of where society and information access are today.

Spence just had his diagnosis, not even sure if he's had the surgery yet. Dust hasn't even settled. Let's see how the surgery and recovery go and see if and when he gets back to training.

When Spence was involved in that car accident, he showed a strong desire to get back in the ring to resume his career and his first fight was against a relevant opponent.

I like Thurman (I'd pull for him to win of he ever fought Spence) but Keef decided to take his own hiatus. He may have had injuries but he also toured the world, got married and enjoyed life outside of boxing before he dabbled in the sport again.
