Beating a solid champion in his prime, who should be undefeated because he (in most opinions) beat the always tough Shawn Porter that Spence had trouble with, would absolutely be a hell of an accomplishment at 42 years old.

I fully expect for Ugas to give Pacquaio all he can handle

Ugas lost 3 times before the Porter fight mate so not sure how he should be undefeated and in his last fight didn’t look good at all.

Ugas is a solid fighter at best, it’s a solid win for Pacquaio but it’s not a legacy enhancing win by any stretch of the imagination.

See this is that bull541t. Boxing is becoming very difficult to follow these days. The last interesting fight i watched was Lopez/Loma. We wait months and months for a good fight then something like this happens. Fury/Joshua piqued my interest but then somebody came along and decided that can't happen because people might enjoy it too much. Spence and Crawford would be a blockbuster but that will probably never happen because people might enjoy that too much as well. I don't even see anything on the distant horizon. Either Im getting too old or boxing is just becoming dull as a bowling bowl

Ugas is not undefeated unified champ like Spence is. Spence would be a great win for Pac, Ugas will be only a very solid win.

At least this fight sort of settles the WBA's nonsense with regular and super titles.

They took Pacquiao's belt, made Ugas the super champ. So, at least now this can sort out the WBA at the very least.

Then depending on how Spence's recovery goes, the winner can fight Spence for unification. If it's Pacquiao, then that would definitely make it a Lineal rights as well.

I do not expect Crawford to get involved at all. Spence could be out till next April and Crawford still wouldn't even attempt to fight either for the WBA title. Porter definitely throws a wrench in the works if Spence isn't recovered in 2-3 months however.

But, WBA winner vs Spence (recovered) for unification and get the show on the road.
