  • Ugas is actually not a bad alternative on short notice...just not PPV worthy now

Boxing Fans always been this childish? I mean this is out of control, you got some people accusing Spence of Ducking out of the biggest fight of his life. You got some laughing and trying to connect Spence Injury to other ignorant BS that is not even connected

I just don't see this in other sports, this is very odd behavior coming from so called "Boxing Fans" so it is not even about boxing no more it is just a full on "AGENDA WAR" and you got fans who are Full On Promotional, Network and APP Fans.

This is a Brutal Sport and most of the Brutality in this sport happens in Sparring and not actually the Fight itself. I wish Spence a Speedy And Full Recovery and you know what GODFORBID if this is it for him and he is forced to retire early, well lucky for him his last few fights been PPV So he is likely Good Financially even if he doesn't lace them up again which I most certain hope is not the case unlike others

Conspiracy Theories cannot be considered "FACTS!" or "THE TRUTH" people can just say and post whatever on the Internet and not be held responsible for it even if it is false information and that is a problem!

Ugas would be a solid win but does nothing for his legacy.
        What?

Beating a solid champion in his prime, who should be undefeated because he (in most opinions) beat the always tough Shawn Porter that Spence had trouble with, would absolutely be a hell of an accomplishment at 42 years old.

I fully expect for Ugas to give Pacquaio all he can handle

        • Ugas is better than spence. At least the real spence not the one every youtube black commentators think he is (EGO or Blue Boy, etc). Pac would have retire him for the rest of his life.

Bro, I'm surprised you took it this easy on me as I made an ass of myself. I was gutted and pissed earlier and sounded a straight beyotch. You're absolutely correct as far as the timeline goes. That was pure emotion on my end. I felt like a chump after I posted it, to be completely honest here.

Yeah that is true I suppose. Sucky situation, Pac is on the clock and Spence has been dealt a bad hand recently. Was a little more fired up at the time I suppose.

              • This injury is highly su****ious. With all the videos of Pacquiao's training camp going so well and showing him so explosive, deep inside me I was certain he was going to punish Spence Jr.

I think Spence's camp felt they were not ready for the Pacman at this particular time but for now we just can speculate.

                • Soo disappointing to hear. Unfortunately this has become the norm nowadays wen fighters shut their pants. Pacquiao was about to light spence on fire. *** boxing

I didn't want to harp on it because I went back and looked at the accident photos and it was his right eye that seemed to take the most damage.

I figured I was making too much of it - but that is coupled with the fact that I think he looked a tick slower in how he was reacting to punches on that side. I think that is why Danny was trying so many right hands in that fight, eventually started to break through late. All I do is repeat this is Spence threads. I was convinced of that very early in that fight so I don't think it was Danny that initiated the damage, but maybe it got worse?

Anyone curious can go back to that first presser and look at his left eye - at the time, I was thinking nerve damage and it could be a David Reid v Trinidad scenario

Maybe it's a new injury that happened in sparring but given what happened to him, I'm skeptical on that but it doesn't matter at this point.....I wish him the best and that he can return. I think boxing needed this fight!
