Comments Thread For: Thurman Intrigued By Charlo Clash At 154: 'It's Hard To Say No To Making History'

Keith Thurman has been ensconced within the welterweight division his entire professional career, but an opportunity to face 154-pound unified champion Jermell Charlo may be just the kind of challenge to get him to budge from his familiar perch.

I'd like Keith to do less talking about fights and do more actual fighting.

Just fight Charlo already. There's nothing left for you at 147.

I do too. I actually like Keef. I think he's a cerebral dude and he embraces his corniness. I also enjoy watching him fight, he's a skilled fighter and he can box and has some power. He isn't the most active (in and out of the ring) and has been visibly hurt by body punches.

It's the ability with the vulnerability that I enjoy watching.

Yeah me too, imo he always had the perfect style to beat Spence but his inconsistency over 12 rounds will bite him in the ass vs Spence and Crawford or any other elite boxer.
