This has nothing to do with racism. She should be held accountable for her comments but her scoring of the fight was because Maestre is the house fighter and as Paulie famously said: “the more politically connected fighter usually gets the decision”. Unlawful links between sanctioning bodies and powerful brokers in the sport are what is behind this sort of corruption not racist tweets. Don’t give them a way out by pulling the race card. Black, White, Asian, Latino fighters etc are consistently being robbed if they’re on the B side and it’s because of CORRUPTION!

Her comments are troubling, yet being affiliated with the WBA and then the belts they slap around PBC fighters who of which are mostly black. It brings into question is she simply the scapegoat? Cut off a finger to save the hand. No question she is what she is a racist. However I see a lot of "she supports Trump she is racist" nonsense. Stop it. Show me exactly a scenario where the man himself is a racist, I'll wait. She should be banned for life, that card was filled out before the fight started. The WBA and Haymon connection should be investigated first of all. She is an easy out over obvious home cooking, people are talking about her over the corruption now. Boxingscene journos all but too happy to run with that narritive, it gets them those sweet clicks. Rather than a long running problem of the sport's corruption that never changes.Last edited by jonnyc420; 08-09-2021, 06:10 PM.Boxingfanatic75 likes this.

Since she targeted black Americans, of which Fox claims membership within that ethnic group, I am curious what our black American posters think? Are you surprised? Does her obviously racist statements have bearing on her judging? Is this a trend in boxing during the Populism era?Theosis26 likes this.

All 3 score cards were dog chit not just hers so her prior tweets and that crappy score card do not necessarily share a direct link. But reading through some of her tweets she does come across as a bit of a vile nutty racist.
Just get shut of the *****. She either has a problem with black ppl or she can't score a fight to save her life, either way she is in the wrong job.

The racism accusation will draw more attention to the corrupt decision. The main issue is and will continue to be the rampant corruption in boxing. If the media/fans gave enough of a **** about the integrity of boxing, there’d be constant exposés on the relationships between managers, promoters, judges, and referees. You could have a story per week with the cesspool in boxing.BlackR0bbb

All three judges should be investigated too, Fox clearly won that fight. Even the 114-113 is a terrible card.
