Kevin Mitchell under Frank Warren.

I don't know if he is being protected or completely ignored.

I was shocked to see him 28-0. Only one notable opponents in those 28 in Carl Johannsson who is a top domestic fighter at best. He's one of my favourite fighters but he is being brought along even slower than Ricky Hatton was.

Theres alot of foreign fighters who stick in Europe that have declined offers from top level fighters, but as for notable ones, definitely Berto, and Mikkel Kessler, although Kesslers case had to do with his managment.
