Probably the best I’ve seen Spencer look, but still needs a lot of work.

    Good job & solid win.

Martin is a solid test for young fighters so hope to see him get more opportunities in the future.

I gave Martin the 8th, Spencer didn't really land anything until the end of the round, Martin was busier throughout. I wouldn't fret over a shutout

Well, Spencer looked better than I’ve ever seen him look but he still seems to be a guy who will fade and he never steps up to another gear. He was hitting this opponent with lots of good shots and never once turned up the heat to test the opponent a bit more. He’s got talent but some workman like fighter will give him hell and will test his endurance, will and heart

Despite back to back losses and that he’s fighting MMA right now, I still want to see Spencer vs Clay Collard

UD for Spencer, needs to be stepped up to experienced journeymen types now. Guys like Anthony Lenk, Khiary Gray, Jimmy Williams etc

Now time for the other hypejob who already got his bubble burst, see if he can bounce back here. Career is pretty much over if he loses tonight

Yeah, Collard will make Spencer work for the win. Spencer is sharp but he seems a bit reluctant to push himself hard.

I'll say his defense looked better in this fight, ran out of gas after 7 though and came in 2 pounds overweight, so the stamina may always be an issue for him
Yeah he seems to be a pot shot kind of guy. I think it might be just because he saw that the lead left was working, so he just kept on landing it. I don’t think it’s necessarily bad though. It works at this current level. He will need more against better guys.

Martin really had no answer for it. I too would like to see more combinations. He’ll need it. He tried the lead right a few times later. His lead left just seems much better than his lead right.

Whats most important though is the defense is there. Most of the time, it’s the other way around.

I'm probably harsh on him and Vito, it's not personal, but I don't like FOX and PBC trying to cram these guys down my throat. Literally every one of their fights seems to be put on national TV and they get ****** off as the future of boxing every fight when it's obvious they're just solid prospects that should be building up their careers on undercards instead of fighting random dudes off the street in primetime while being hyped as the future of boxing.
