He isn't much slower to me than he was at his welterweight peak. He lacks the stamina he had before asked to do full random Olympic style drug testing though. He seems more fundamentally sound, more defensively sound and he uses his brain more now. I still think it's a 50/50 fight. This era is overrated and shows just how great Manny and Floyd are. They are true legends. I will be rooting for Manny. You radical fangimps just need to stfu about Floyd and your conspiracy theories, it makes more people hate Manny when they wouldn't otherwise.
