Bro, he beat Trout when that meant something, clearly beat Cotto and eeked out a win over Lara when Lara was on top of his game. The GGG fights he probably should have lost the first one but clearly won the 2nd. Losing to Mayweather is nothing to be ashamed of. Just admit you will never give the man a shred of credit. Tell me though who else has a better resume? Lara, Trout, Cotto, GGG twice, Mayweather. Downplay his accomplishments but Canelo is still the top dog in the sport. Sergey Kovalev wants another crack at Canelo Alvarez - what's more, he is apparently willing to forgo any compensation for the opportunity. In a post published on his Instagram account, the former Russian light heavyweight champion called out current WBA/WBC/WBO 168-pound champion Alvarez to a rematch, going so far as to say he would fight "for free." Kovalev also claimed he was not in optimum condition going into their fight.
