Isn't this just saying it can not distinguish between Covid and the flu? And these two are supposed to be able to?
If they had the flu how would they know the difference?

I think people misunderstand when they actually have a cold as having the flu.
I have no idea why people are acting like having the flu is a minor thing its quite ignorant, if you actually have the flu its no joke it'll knock you off your feet for weeks, likely being bed bound and feeling like death, can lead to pneumonia and it kills a lot of people each year not just elderly.
