I honestly don't think his level was that far above European, even when he fought fringe world level guys like Urango and Castillo he really struggled and looked very average (lost to Castillo really)
Yet to hear people in the UK talk about him he was like the second coming of Ali.
He was a very predictable fighter with flaws that were pretty glaring from early on in his career and he never improved once he progressed past British level.
The fact he had people buying into him having a chance vs mayweather was bad enough, but to this day I cannot understand how anyone thought he had ANY chance vs Pacquiao.
