Hell we did that to a NY vagrant sleeping in a cardboard box, we had a few drinks on the way back to the motel we gave him a $100 bill he was totally gob smacked, that was in the 80s.

I would guess that there's very few, if any, professional athlete or celebrity whom has given more cash out to random strangers than Manny Pacquiao.

Who knows it's very common for some celebrities that are very generous people, so much doesn't get seen. Ive read of some giving away cars by the lot, Elvis used to give Cadillacs away to window shoppers that were so poor they could only look at a car, the Beatles the Stones all the way to today's stars just loads of them big-name celebrities have forever given back in ways like this it's just rarely made public.
