Pacquiao is the better fighter while Floyd has the better skills. To be a better fighter is far more different than having a better skill set. There are so many attributes to be considered as a better fighter.
      Examples:

      mental toughness
      lion's heart
      aggresiveness
beating common opponents better than the others
beating the odds while mostly thought he will lose
having great accomplishments that will put you in history
attitude inside and outside the ring
adored and loved by so many people more than he hated
and so many other attributes while skill only comes next

also people forget that the Hatton that fought Mayweather has his real trainer in his corner and in Camp, was undefeated and his confidence was sky high......mentally the Hatton that fought Mayweather was a much more focused fighter than the one that Pac fought.
Bottom line is Hatton moved up in weight (not his best weight) and Mayweather was the bigger man (lol now he scheduled to fight a lightweight). We also know where Hatton belonged then where he is undefeated. 140 where Pacquiao ko him just in 2.

Mayweather was not the bigger guy. Hatton outweighed Floyd fight night

Outweighed Floyd fight night it doesn't mean he was the bigger guy. Hatton ballooned between fight by drinking Guinness beer and beside that was his first fight at 147.

No, a healthy Hatton at 140, outweighs a healthy Floyd at 147

              His second fight at 147

Floyd's SD win over oscar is embarassing imo.

Pac ko'ed a fighter Floyd already stopped.

Floyd bashed Hatton up for the last 6 rounds. Pac knocked Hatton the *** out in the second.

Obviously the way Pac knocked out Hatton was more shocking than how Floyd stopped him.

Sorry I forgot the Callazo fight. Thats the first proof he doesn't belonged at 147. He went back to 140 and won another 2 fights. Then moved up again and lost to Mayweather. He moved down again at 140 and won another 2 fights. So when he scheduled to fight Pac, he truly believed himself that he is the best at 140 and his confidence was high than the Mayweather fight.
