now he loses and its not his best weight?

    *sigh*

listen to Hatton after the Mayweather fight and he NEVER mentions weight being an issue in the outcome of the fight
it was nobody's fault......but you just cant downplay pac's win over hatton by saying hatton was'nt undefeated anymore when pac beat him knowing he lost in aweight he was'nt dominant......pac beat him at 140 where he was the lineal champ....
bottomline is......pacs wins were way more imprssive vs same oppo than pbf's...like it or not.

I know you hate Floyd but you cant also downplay his win over both fighters. Pac's win is more impressive IMO.

I would agree with this, but in a different sense. Mayweather is better all around, but not by a landslide by any means. Mayweather is certainly the better boxer, but Manny puts on solid pressure, but while still using excellent footwork and angles, his great in/out bouncing ability. I'd be even willing to bet that Manny might have more power in his left than Floyd does period. And speed is just a toss-up. Its just... they are opposites I'd say, Mayweather is a defense wizard and Manny is an offensive machine. Where I give Mayweather they advantage is that Mayweather can throw good combo's he can be aggressive as well, I just feel he's better offensively than Manny is defensively and thus he's better all around. As to what style would win, Manny offense vs. Floyd defense is a great fight waiting to happen the boxer doesn't always win... Ali/Frazier I.

Mayweather = beat opponents with technique
Pacquiao = beat opponents with speed and power

Floyd's SD win over oscar is embarassing imo.

I didnt realise how impressive pac's punch stats were....landed 57%...and that was in the first 2 rounds when hatton was fresh....I mean even floyd missed quite a few in the first rounds against hatton, Still only thing in my mind is Pac even looked small against hatton, or roughly the same size, hatton looked smaller against mayweather....so i wonder how pac will look up against him...

history has taught us that comparing common opponents doesnt work. If it did then Mayweather would be a big underdog against Pac(not the case). Even worse than that we would have to say Morales could beat Floyd and that is highly unlikely.
