As much as these guys are in the gym there's zero reason for any of them to come in with layers of lard. All it means is despite all the calories they are burning in camp their food intake is totally out of control. And that is a mental thing - lack of self esteem and self belief.

Helenius's management should be taken out & shot. After a long career of mediocrity he beat Kownacki, was briefly hotter than a car's wing mirror in a Mexican summer, & they did NOTHING with it. Now they're repeat.

I can’t remember how much money I won on Helenius but it was in the $900 range. And none of you saw it coming. It was just me and some other guy from Helenius home town and that doesn’t count lol.

No clue what happens in the rematch. That fight was way closer than I had expected. Helenius was hurt several times, if you recall.

I dunno if this immediate rematch is wise for Kownacki...I'd have thrown him in with a club fighter, get his confidence back up. If he takes the same beating from the same man, it's over as serious contender.

Agreed. He doesn’t have to be body beautiful but it does seem with proper diet and a conditioning coach that his game could be further enhanced

So sad. At age 32, having been knocked out by a 36 year old fringe contender, it dawns on our hero he can't afford to balloon to obesity between fights and have to struggle to get down to merely overweight for the bout

man form ghostbusters and he cant change that. Dont you guys get it? He is like Juan Diaz and Andy Ruiz. He isnt going to get better through diet.
