sounds like Baguio is in butt**** egypt. one of the readers said that is 8 hours away from Manila. what quality sparring partner is gonna want to go all that way to spar with Manny??? unless he's planning on using the best philipino bantam and featherweights... you need good sparring partners and thats what you get when you train in Mexico, Wild Card, or anywhere else thats not butt**** egypt!!!

I think Freddie is getting tired of the bull****. I doubt that Pacquiao ends his career with him. Meanwhile, Cotto seems more determined than ever to prove himself... I may lay down some serious money on this one.

Felix Trinidad had the same popularity in Puerto Rico that Pacquaio has in the Phillipines and Felix was one of the best conditioned fighters of his era while alwas training in Puerto Rico.

Pacquaio is well known as a training freak and has always been in great condition I don't think this will change know that he knows he will be facing the biggest challenge of his career. This move is just to find a place where he feels comfortable training while avoiding the big bucs that he will have to pay the IRS if he does train in USA. I'm pretty sure that access to training camp will be limited just like it was in Wild Card Gym.

None of us for sure can say how distracted Pacquaio can be, because when it comes to training, even Roach has said in the past, that the training ethics is actually what he likes best about Pacquiao as a boxer.

One thing I did noticed, the city on which Pacman choosed to train (Baguio) is 1,500 mile above see level and 6 hours away from the capital (Manila). I do not know how distracting this City can be (probably a Phillippine friend can elaborate) but this doesn't sound that bad after all for training purposes.

Correction on my post above. It is 1,500 meters above see level close to 4,921 ft not the 1,500 mile like i posted. Sorry it was a typing error.

You never been to Baguio and your already calling something bad cuz a certain member said its 8 hours away. If the money is right, quality sparring partners will come.
