So wait a minute now...IF....IF...Cotto beats Pac...are you guys going to say it was because of this? What happened to the "no excuses", after all the infighting about this fight here on BS? I thought we put away all and any excuses (excluding any robbery or foul play of any kind either way) after the paper was signed by both fighters?

I for one don't want to be reading post after post people here fighting with each other about the outcome. We just got the forum about as civil as it's gonna get re; this fight (which I'm pretty impressed with, personally) I will take a week off from posting until everybody calms down...lol.

Yup, especially after how much popularity Pacquiao has gained in the public overall... imagine how crazy its gonna be in his own country... way too many distractions, Pacquiao should know better... I mean, training in England if your English aint as bad, or even Training in America if your American... but the thing is the Philippines don't generate a lot of sports stars as it is (no offense, not being racist), so the thought of Pacquiao being so dominant in his sport and being ranked the best fighter in the world makes his nation worship him, it only makes sense not to train anywhere in the Philippines, he should know this... to be fair I am actually disappointed that he didn't know any better.

Of course he is, he is ranked #1 P4P and the fact of how popular he has gotten to the overall public as it is just shows how popular he is, if you think that then think about what he is like in his country, a country which doesn't gain many sports stars (no offense again), he is obviously gonna be worshiped it makes sense.
