Charlo has to fight who??? Where does the IBF find these guys? How do they get to #1 so soon?

They decided to copy the UFC lol. Ngannou won the belt and there was a fight set for an interim title. Dude won and got f'd over less than 3 months after winning the belt. Even Covington was gifted a 2nd title shot after beating a finished fighter who lost 2 in a row. Fighting sports can't seem to avoid corruption.

Dude was just on Jermell's undercard... was it not televised on Saturday? Russian national and regional champ as an ammy but he hasn't really done anything to speak of it the pros... the IBF ends up with these kindsa dudes in their top slots because many of the top guys just don't register
