Without the knockdowns Josh gets robbed because at least one of those rounds would definitely have gone to Ramirez if the rest of the shocking cards were anything to go by. He won those fights clearly although the prograis fight was closer. And Ramirez isn't one of the two best he fought. The other would be Postol who also beat Ramirez but got stung by the same three dreadful judges that almost stung Josh.

I agree he’s not the real Champ at 135 either Teofimo is.

Tank would. Please don't question that about him because he'd step to it . But do question Coco Mayweather and Bobo Ellerbe because it's those fool's that won't allow it .

Leo was a good fighter who couldn't crack an egg at 122 lbs. He had no chance of surviving the onslaught. Someday Floyd will let the little guy step in with a Loma or Teofimo or anyone good at 135 or 140.. Won't be anytime soon but it may happen this decade
You’re discrediting Santa Cruz because he wasn’t a hard puncher?

Both of those fighters stop him

That's because Ramirez and Regis are the cream of the crop at 140. Nothing lost by squeaking out wins against them, that's what happens when the best fight the best. Barrios is 3 tiers below those guys so to suggest because he had success against him means nothing if he were to actually take the training wheels off and fight credible threats as them....but we all know, that will never happen. They're not even going to throw tank in the best at 135,let alone 140 so this discussion is pointless.

Maybe someone needs to let Ellerbe in on that info

Styles make fights. Davis is Taylor's kryptonite at 140. Gervontae would have a harder time with Prograis or Ramirez but Taylor's style is made for Gervontae.

Josh isn't interested in Davis. He's all about Crawford. I'd like to see him fight Lopez first but want to see Lopz rematch Loma then fight Haney before moving up.Josh is more interested in his own achievement trying to win another world title, not offering Teo to further his achievements. IMO
