When you drain your body excessively, you cut muscle mass, not just water wait, and that's where the problem is, no amount of rehydration or how you do it will replace muscle mass, especially in 24 hours,that's why fighters who drain their bodies excessively, are weak and lethargic on fight night, big bro Jermall had issues in his last fight because he's draining himself and looked sloppy. You are right, but there is a 'wall'. And IMO carlo definitely appears to have went past the point of no return.
Won't be surprised if he lacks snap in his punches, and has less punch resistance.
