You can't make this up. Tyson Fury can feel it in his spirit that he has no hope of ever defeating Deontay Wilder this time because that Wilder rematch has him mentally ruined.

2. You cannot force someone to honor a contract if there is a reason (alleged in this case) that they cannot perform. I would not be suprised at this point if Fury is doing this to get out of the fight completely. He might force the arbitrator to derive a fair market value for a contract breach. Everyone assumes that arbitration extends beyond this singular fight in the contract. I could see Fury forcing another arbitration where a monetary value is decided. I don't trust Fury at this point. I think he was honest about his desire to fight, not wanting to sit and wait... But my BS detector went off with this Covid situation.

Hard to say for sure but it would seem that if the Covid story is true it would not delay the fight unless Fury actually has the virus. Being exposed would only require a seven day or so quarantine during which Fury could still train. I agree, it looks su****ious.

Both men agreed to the third fight before the rematch. If Fury really wants those other fights, he needs to get past Wilder.

Pacquiao fought Marquez FOUR times. Robinson fought Jake LaMotta SIX times. You want to be a champion, it's time to man up and get the job done.
